Nigel Catt

Founder and CEO

Nigel has more than two decades of business operations experience, with a strong focus on financial services, fund management, product development and global syndicated currency payments and administration. He specialises in strategy development and communications and has led teams during both the start-up and acquisition phases, establishing entry strategies in overseas markets and working alongside the various legal, compliance and due diligence teams in each country. Outside of the office, Nigel is a very keen sports fan and enjoys spending the weekends with his family in Melbourne.

Nyoli Sue

Marketing Manager

Nyoli’s diverse expertise in sales, marketing, and copywriting, both online and offline, propelled her from Sales Manager to establish an international hospitality wholesale/retail venture. Her globetrotting journey eventually led her to a more tranquil life in Sri Lanka. She also devoted time to teaching English in Colombo and now assists her coastal community while mentoring local business owners on attracting foreign visitors.

Gerhard Moll

Corporate Lawyer

Gerhard has over 20 years’ experience working as a commercial lawyer in a number of major Australian law firms. He is head of commercial strategy and compliance and is focused on stock exchange listings and strategic advisory activities. Since 2006 he has additionally been the principal of Argus Lawyers, a firm that provides both legal and strategic advice to commercial enterprises of all sizes. Gerhard’s specialty areas include technology and intellectual property law, high growth companies, capital raising and stock exchange listings.
