Nigel has more than two decades of business operations experience, with a strong focus on financial services, fund management, product development and global syndicated currency payments and administration. He specialises in strategy development and communications and has led teams during both the start-up and acquisition phases, establishing entry strategies in overseas markets and working alongside the various legal, compliance and due diligence teams in each country. Outside of the office, Nigel is a very keen sports fan and enjoys spending the weekends with his family in Melbourne.

Always keen to help firms identify and overcome challenges by using a human element and technology tools to deliver and systemise proposed strategies. Outside of work he gets stuck in to sport, cooking, rallycross, kickboxing and loves dinner and a show in London.

Nyoli’s diverse expertise in sales, marketing, and copywriting, both online and offline, propelled her from Sales Manager to establish an international hospitality wholesale/retail venture. Her globetrotting journey eventually led her to a more tranquil life in Sri Lanka. She also devoted time to teaching English in Colombo and now assists her coastal community while mentoring local business owners on attracting foreign visitors.
