Fred has had mixed results with organising Investor Presentations.

To do them properly a substantial budget is required. The problem he is experiencing is that immediately at the end of each presentation the vibe of the room is positive, but the issue is converting that in a timely manner, or make the hype and interest last a bit longer.

This presentation he is more prepared.  He is working with a 3rd-party who claimed that they could bring HNWs with an interest in alternative investments to the presentation.

A bit of a risk so he wanted to verify the quality of the attendees 3 days prior to the presentation otherwise he could exit the agreement.

The Investor Presentation

Fred the Distribution Manager has had mixed results with organising Investor Presentations.

He is armed with:

·       The list of attendees whom he confirmed were all suitable and their emails

·       Two assistants to welcome people, drive the tech, and video the presentation

·       The new App with a CSV file ready to upload to the web portal which will instantly invite the attendees to the App

·       The product he’s presenting is already contained in the App ensuring the information is presented in a range of the multi-media formats to make it more attractive for consumers

The presentation goes well as it always seem to do, however this time he has more tools at his disposal to extend the vibe and that something extra that elevates this presentation to a higher level than other presentations competing for the attendees’ money.

“If there are no further questions that concludes today’s presentation.  All those dings you hear are your invitations to our App, simply follow the links to download, your access has already been approved and in the App you’ll find all the information we discussed today and the actual video of today’s presentation.”

The post-presentation mingling was a case of navigating through the groups of people who were open to a chat and those with their heads down in their phones.

He knew when he downloaded a new App he couldn’t wait to open in up and have a good look around.  This proved to be the case for the people in the room.

The next 2 days were spent following up and answering meaningful questions as people had consumed further information on the App.

It was now too easy for them to have a quick read of the information when they had spare 5 or 10 minutes.

No opening up laptops to view files, no web portals and password, just tap an icon on your phone while they’re at the café having a coffee.

The world has changed.
