Inundated By Questions From Partners
Fred the Distribution Manager is head of the Distribution Network.
He has worked hard to grow the network of IFAs however he felt over-whelmed as he sat in front of his laptop staring at a stream of emails from his network asking questions about a newly launched product.
The questions were all of a similar theme just phrased differently, and were similar to the countless calls and voicemails he had already heard. Questions were good, as they indicated at least people are interested. However, these questions originated from the clients and just passed to him by the Partners.
He spent hours training the Partners and covered these questions, the information provided to both them and their clients also contained the information they were seeking.
Why was everyone so lazy! He was sure it would be more productive if he spent his time training the clients as opposed to the Partners, but that wasn’t possible.
Luckily now he had the App at his disposal. What was the best way to utilise it in this situation?
After a couple of minutes he decided to collate all the questions and group them in a way that could be addressed in 7 or 8 well scripted and questions and answers.
He would then have his assistant ask him the questions and he’d answer them have it all recorded. This video would then be uploaded to the App and displayed alongside the product.
This means as clients are reviewing the product information on the App they can also watch his video which will cover 90% of the questions they’re likely to ask.
Wow, imagine how much time he will now have.
He can speak directly to the clients.
