This time he has the App.

Fred decided he would add a New Page on each of the 2 products on the App that he will present. 

He decided to call the page HAVE LUNCH WITH THE ISSUER.

He thought this was a good name as a lot of clients want to have a direct conversation with the Issuer.

This would provide them the opportunity to tick this box and give Fred the opportunity to ordain the Partners publicly and confirm them as the proper communication channel for day to day enquiries.

The Lunch Tour

Fred the Distribution Manager is head of the Distribution Network. 

The network has lost a bit of steam over the last couple of weeks and he needs to invigorate the Partners. 

He is going to do a 6 city lunch tour.

These are structured with a short presentation on the product/s then lunch is served which provides the perfect forum to have a casual discussion about the products.

These have worked well in the past however he was always disappointed in the numbers who attended.

Fred gets onto the Web portal and starts designing the HAVE LUNCH WITH THE ISSUER page. 

He writes an overview of the lunch, includes venue and dates and then a link to his Event Management system that manages bookings.

To make it a bit more personal he did a quick recording of him talking about the lunch and encouraging people to come along and say hi to him.

In just over 30min he was happy with the content and his video was better than he expected and he published the new page on both products. 

The invite to have lunch was now available on the App and anyone reviewing the product information and is interested can now come to the lunch and talk to him in person. 

He was confident this would be the spark the team needs. 

If it did work, he would have to consider signing up to the Enterprise Plus solution extending this strategy beyond his established distribution network to the wider MyBrokers network and see who bites.
